房間沒收拾，關鍵這麼冷的天沒熱水，提前也沒告知，晚上去洗澡放了半天沒熱水，去問才説沒有，前台服務員的態度到是還行。

臟、亂、差，一個都不少。衞生有異味，環境挨着市場，破爛不堪，房間用品沒有提前備好，缺拖鞋、洗漱品，讓幫着找停車位被告知愛停哪兒停哪兒，勉強住了一晚！

特意用豪華房間低價引流，預訂之後告訴你房間門打不開，給你更換一個小房間，很差的小房間，退款沒辦法，前台給你確定了，無法退款，預訂的房間不給你住，在這玩套路，也不知道去哪網怎麼審核的，這樣的套路也讓上來，馬桶也不刷，屎還在上面，別的客人用過的牙刷袋還在這，也不收拾，牆皮紙也是脱落的，還有很大的難聞味道

位置偏僻，附近吃飯的地方都沒有，明明二樓有房間非得讓去四樓住，説退房才給開二樓的房間，房間也不好，衞生堪憂，枕套，杯子都是臟的

離火車站很近，走進店裡，服務員小姐姐態度很好，熱情詳細介紹酒店特色，我們一行十個人訂了五個標間，房間寬敞舒心，床品乾淨衞生，每個房間還給了小點心，10個人都點頭稱讚，必須給五星好評
