服務一言難盡，前台打一下動一動，3點到説房間還沒有打掃出來，溝通後先給了一間房，另一間房隔了很久問了幾次説馬上送房卡過來然後沒有下文，最後終於有個靠譜點的前台説到做到了。套餐裏的歡迎水果沒有，問了一次説送完了在重新配送，懶得問第二次，到退房也就沒有送。酒店很偏，出門就要打車，很不方便。房間里居然還有小蟲子出沒，嚇人。本來想找個湖邊度過個週末，真是白瞎了這風景。

酒店位於東錢湖景區，門口的荷花池很漂亮！適合打卡拍照！早餐屬於豐盛的，有寧波湯圓，年糕等，味道也很不錯！酒店很大，房間寬敞，有浴缸，睡得很舒服！
泳池有小朋友訓練，水池略渾濁！有健身房！
樓下小朋友的遊樂場玩的很開心！
去周邊景點也很近，打車方便！

期末快結束，我們海曙的，酒店開業後沒有去住過，特意帶孩子去住一晚，特地交代過，帶4歲的孩子，然而房間盡然安排從電梯出來走到最最裡麪，園景房，然而給到最角落園景房，住的那天，大廳門壞了不能出去，當我們走到門旁邊要出去的時候，任何警告牌沒有，一個衞生阿姨在邊上，沒有耐心的解釋，全程黑着臉詛罵，也能理解，對衞生人員培訓可能沒有禮義這塊？前台退房服務差勁又差勁，那不叫服務，像是公子哥一個，拽的這酒店我家開的就是這樣怎麼了的感覺，酒店硬件不錯的，景這塊沒多少感覺，房間看去是園景角落，看不到全貌，湖景就看了些荷花，沒其他了，就是酒店服務人員感覺這塊不怎麼温馨，服務工作人員沒有給酒店加分衹有減分

臨時準備去東錢湖，酒店很多都訂滿了（主要週五）然後很多酒店沒訂滿的房間也都漲的挺多，看了一圈望嵐酒店比較新設計感也有，而且也有遊樂場（帶娃都得考慮進去哈哈哈），主要跟我要去的陶籬村和小加州韓嶺那塊的中間的，位置不錯就立馬定了，定了之後沒想到望嵐酒店立馬打電話過來問了是否帶娃是否有寵物，我説有孩子，她問有幾個孩子然後到時候可以直接酒店房間把小童用品都備上，真的很驚喜，一般有些酒店主打親子但是房間親子用品也就一份放在那，焦焦管家提前溝通了真的很好，然後又立馬加了微信説方便後期溝通。後期到了之後服務員態度也很不錯，送了水果，遊樂場雖然小點但是很新該有的都有了，外面的荷花拍照特別出片。。。下次還會考慮來住這邊
