酒店大堂有個男的在禁煙標識旁邊抽煙，期間至少有兩個前台在那，前台跟禁煙法規都像是擺設一樣，毫無作用
回房後向攜程客服投訴，攜程很快聯絡酒店並且給到補償措施，全季聯繫我們説那人已經離開了，給到的解釋是“那男的從八點多開始就在那抽煙，前台有去勸阻過但沒有用，也不知道那男的是不是住房的客人”
聽完解釋更無語了，勸阻過沒用就放任擺爛了是吧，非要等到有人投訴後才處理才給補償，早點處理不就啥事沒有嗎？一個正規酒店卻對禁止吸煙的法規視若無睹，而且對進入酒店大堂的人一點警戒都沒有，毫無管理，都不知道是不是客人就讓他在大堂擠兑客人的休息空間，請搞清楚誰是你們的客户，並且請遵守法律規範

這個全季太失望了，剛進去地上全是頭髮，真的是全是！桌子上還有****！！
打電話給換了一個房間還是好多頭髮！地上也看到了****！！又從新當著顧客的麪用滾膠滾了一下應付了事
躺到床上一股臭臭的味道
説不好床單被罩都沒換！
真的服了！
第一次住這裏！

房間很整潔，新裝修的，硬件軟件都很新，前台服務人員也很熱情，入住當天的女值班經理笑嘻嘻的服務很好！提兩點建議，第一房間香氛有點重，對於香味敏感的人會頭暈，難入睡！第二房間自動馬桶沖水聲有點大！其他都很滿意！下次還會選擇這家店！
