麻雀雖小一應俱全，來寧波找同學玩一趟，這個房間剛剛好，洗澡的地方，睡覺的地方，還有書桌，陽台，獨立的空調各方面齊全，就這價格，要啥自行車？完全符合預期

設施：齊全，熱水充足，但是沒有電梯得自己搬東西上樓
衞生：不錯
環境：尚可，外面樓梯比較臟
服務：還算可以，但是沒有每天打掃
樓下吃飯的店很多，算是個小商圈

學生來旁邊的大學找朋友。
房子有點兒舊，但是基本整潔乾淨，
空調遙控器有點兒沒電了，但是用力按可以正常使用。
早上洗漱和洗澡的一次性用具齊全。
紙巾很厚，質量很好。
老闆人很熱情，樂呵呵的，特意安排了大一點的房間。
樓下就是一個小的購物中心，買東西很方便。
同等價位裏面性價比很高了。

基本施設較齊全，如有額外需求還可以找老闆進行添置。老闆人真的很好，入住和離店手續不繁瑣。建議從前面進去，我在酒店後面找了半天沒找到酒店在哪。打電話求助老闆，老闆形容的也很精確，對我這個轉了半天快要絕望的路痴很友好。周邊也有很多家餐飲店，不用擔心晚午飯問題。美中不足的就是隔音效果不太好，但是對我這種一困就能沾枕頭入睡的人影響不大。相較於其他酒店，價格很良心，性價高，適合學生黨！
