衞生很差，剛開始去的時候床鋪裏面還有頭髮，應該是上一個客人走了沒收拾然後又給我們住的，去給前台説換被套，他説阿姨下班了給我們換了一間，結果空調都是壞的，然後床單下面好多頭髮，阿姨都沒有打掃乾淨😡😡😡

設施：房間沒有給枕頭，找了前台配，想多要一個都不給；
設施：早上起來窗户滴水到地板；
設施：空調製熱效果差，睡覺感覺冷；

對此尚客優酒店印象極差，剛後店發現多批次野狗自由進出酒店，停車場堪比垃圾場，前台精於算計要求客人停車先停放在臟水坑裡後有故意故意安排頂頭房間樓下就有通宵夜市吵鬧一夜，被褥疑似血跡斑，總之就是先把最差的賣給客人是其宗旨，由此加深對寧波印象極差。不會再來。

房間還算可以，馬桶是智能馬桶！隔音太差，可以聽到隔壁的説話。無線網絡，有些房間沒有無線。我的房間就沒有，衹能用其他房間或主機。網速不行，比如看**直播不能看！衹有視頻。我那房間窗外有兩部空調。一部是隔壁的。兩部空調一起開，能睡嗎？
