1.首先沒有電梯，二樓很高旋轉樓梯和三樓差不多台階。我一個女生拿的大行李箱裏面有需要用的東西很沉，前台兩名服務人員，讓幫忙搭把手誰都不動，説沒有人幫助搬，一個陌生人看到都會搭把手的，真是沒有人情味的地方，我自己一個人一個台階一個台階的往上搬了好久才上去，他倆就在那一動不動的看着。
2.晚上旁邊屋的一位男士説是走錯了，誰知道是走錯了還是故意的，用旁邊屋的門卡把我這屋的門給打開了，幸虧我發現的及時一把給推到關上了，給前台打電話還説不可能，打掃衞生的阿姨來試了旁邊屋的門卡確實把我這屋的給打開了，就説讓我在裏面插上就行了，我都已經插上了那不還是推開了，手都能伸進來。怎麼就這麼趕巧，偏偏我這屋的門鎖芯片失效了，保潔阿姨又試了一下任何屋的一張門卡都能打開。要不是我説退款退房，最後才給我換了房間。
3.馬桶很臟，上面都是臟水，地板好多都翹起來，空調聲很大，窗户漏風，屋裡還有灰絮在棚頂吊著，房間不隔音，旁邊屋裡説的話聽的一清二楚，早上不知道是旁邊屋還是哪屋很大的開關門聲，一下就嚇醒了，昨晚的這個事已經嚇出心理陰影了，我以為又把我這屋門給打開了。
4.退房時三個女士一個男士在聊天看着我一點點往樓下拎皮箱也沒有過來幫一下，衹是默默的看着，真是沒有人味的地方。
5.第二天快中午了我都已經退房走了，才有人打電話説要去修門鎖，難道你們就給人住任何一張卡都能打開的房間麼？
很差很差的一次住宿，服務到環境到衞生到設施都差到離譜，幾十塊錢的也不至於這樣。差差差，世上竟然還有這種破地方。早點關門算了！！！

隔音效果差，床墊沒有五年也有四年，沒有經過客户同意直接進門。前台服務員態度就差千她幾百萬一樣。人家是客户上帝了。這種垃圾店看都不看，同程網還不下架我就懷疑兩家有貓膩。
