We had a great time at this hotel. They upgraded our rooms to lake view and provided us an exclusive butler whose name is MaoJiaXin. She is very helpful and attentive to our needs. She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel was very good in many aspects, the room was comfortable to keep all my family there, due to has a bunk bed. My children have a lot of fun. My wife is also very satisfied, because could relax. The breakfast has many alternatives, specially for us foreigners which is difficult to find sometimes. In the morning, there are clowns blowing balloons. In the evening. The housekeeper Xinxin's was warm and thoughtful service. Check-out also very fast.

An experience that is short of a 5 stars resort. The outdoor facilities are mostly old and in need of refurbishments, the indoor ones are a mixed bag with some ok while others are slightlyhtly run down.
Room designs are awkward with shower rooms and toilet exposed with little privacy. Might work for couples, but it doesn't make sense for family, friends or co-workers sharing the same room.
