During the May Day holiday, the environment of the swimming pool locker room was poor. Bath towels needed to be claimed at the front desk, but they were not always available. Guests were required to bring their own room towels, which was very inconvenient.
We stayed for 3 days. We needed to contact the front desk to arrange cleaning for the room on the 2nd day. The front desk could not confirm the cleaning time and shirked their responsibility by saying that the occupancy rate was high during the May Day holiday and they could not clean the room.
The breakfast food is rich in variety and of high quality, and the restaurant waiters can clean up the empty plates in time.
