在寧波萬達48克拉40樓的酒店房間住了1晚，體驗總體來説還不錯，很有性價比。雖然房間的價格非常親民，但是提供的服務卻超出了我的預期。最讓我印象深刻的要數那裡的視野了——從窗户望出去，整個寧波的美景盡收眼底，尤其是在晚上，城市的燈光璀璨奪目，讓人難以忘懷。
房間雖然簡單，但是非常乾淨整潔，床鋪也很舒服，確保了我有一個良好的睡眠。前台的服務人員態度友好，辦理入住手續快速便捷。此外，酒店的位置優越，周圍有很多購物和用餐的選擇，交通也很便利。
總的來説，這是一次性價比極高的住宿體驗，我強烈推薦給那些想要在寧波享受美好時光同時又不想花費太多的旅行者們。”

這個公寓沒有前台，服務很差，延遲退房不行，微信發的密碼鑰匙也不對，傻不拉幾的讓人在門口大半夜的等，垃圾。我離店按金不退我，要我等她怎樣怎樣，我報警才把錢退我。房間環境衞生也不行。還有個機器放房間，兩個房間都是很老很老的破裝修，隔壁還有嬰兒哭鬧好吧，，，不信的可以去下單。。説假話的**。。寧波市市場監督管理局投訴。。

加上老闆微信之後就是一副愛答不理的樣子等了好久才把房間訊息發過來，進門之後實際房間差了十萬八千里，水壺電視全都不能用，衞生間天花板破了一大塊往下面滴水，浴巾像是誰家的抹布根本不能用，房間裏還有一個不知道是什麼的長方體設施佔了一大塊的位置。床單上面有三個洞。跟商家説他説沒有房間了，讓我一直退掉，我請問本來國慶臨時訂就很難一直讓我退讓我退我去哪裡大晚上找房間？真的很有意思，國慶節也好特價房也罷，都不是你房間實際上差了十萬八千里的原因，都不只是和圖片的差距，是跟大家能勉強入住的差距。最後買了一次性四件套，毛巾浴巾，一次性馬桶墊，拖鞋才勉強將就了一晚上，圖片我發給商家之後刪掉了，但是沒有一句假話，以xxxx擔保，商家不用來回復我從來沒見過你這種人的，大大小小也住過不少酒店的第一次給酒店差評，真的很噁心，大家千萬別來這家！！！

首先入住方便 到了位置直接跟老闆聯繫就好 老闆提供房間號及房間密碼 按金：100 退房打掃時退回 如有煙頭掉落地板導致地板損壞需要進行扣費 老闆也會很貼心的提前給你提示 煙頭丟煙灰缸裏 這點做的很好 避免了後期的矛盾 位置也挺好找的 樓下就是小商店 吃的也有賣 房間總體來説還可以 就是床底下垃圾無人打掃 這點需要多注意一下 浴室用品提供的都是一次性的浴巾和洗臉巾 一次性的牙刷和梳子 這點很棒 拖鞋也有不過不是一次性的 有潔癖的可自帶 洗髮露沐浴露也有 大瓶子裝着的那種 不習慣的可自帶 一次性的馬桶墊需自帶（不提供）雖然中間出現了一點小插曲 老闆沒看到我的訂房訊息導致第二天早上打掃衞生的工作人員就讓我退房要麼補房費 當時是比較氣憤的 因為工作人員説是老闆説的 直到本人拿出了訂房訊息並截圖發給老闆核實之後這件事情也是得到了解決 總體感覺良好 可以入住

套間性價比，在近地鐵附近，性價比還可以，提供冰葙，櫃等．但配置多，能搞好衞生更好，不然寧願沒有這些衞生死角。對於潔癖的我，搞了半小時衞生。短租可以，日租不宜
