I came to attend the exhibition. This store is right inside the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. There is a subway at the door, which is super convenient. There is also a reception room in the lobby. It is very convenient to have tea and chat about work with a few colleagues at noon. The most important thing is that everything is free. The breakfast is very rich and the soy milk tastes very good. I asked the staff and found out that the soy milk is freshly ground, which is great! The laundry room has a dryer and is fully stocked with all kinds of laundry supplies, including white shoe cleaner. It is a great choice for business trips and I highly recommend it! đ

The hotel was nice, the foyer, the and front desk were clean. The checkin took a little longer than we would have liked because Iâm guessing we were foreigners so they had a little difficulty. Nevertheless ladies tried their best to handle it and were super kind.
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!
It took about 28 minutes to get into the city area but it was fine for us.

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

Hotel is relatively close to 怩äžćčżćșïŒaround 5mins) where musical fountain show being performed around 8.30pm (after dinner)ă Front desk staff are very helpful and special praises to äčæ and Cici. äčæ recommended éżæŻé„ćș that serves delicious Ningbo cruisines and join their gold card membership for only Rmb39 which includes 6 breakfast vouchers per year. Besides popcorn, they also serve dessert supper to our room even past their room service hours (7.30pm to 9pm). On site laundry service collection & delivery can also be arranged. Front service, Cici, also helped to carry our luggages to board didi car before departing to Ningbo station. Many thanks!

GGuest UserStepping into this hotel, it feels like being in a warm haven. When checking in, Jayson, the front desk staff, was all smiles, completed the formalities quickly and efficiently, and also shared the surrounding travel guide intimately, instantly narrowing the distance with the guests. The room layout is unique, modern facilities and elegant decoration complement each other, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Especially on days when the wind is howling, the hotel prepared early, and the room service called many times to remind us to close the doors and windows. Such meticulous care warms people's hearts. The hotel's gym is a pleasant surprise. The space is spacious and bright, and all kinds of fitness equipment are available, from treadmills and elliptical machines for aerobic exercise to dumbbells and barbells for strength training. They are all well maintained and very smooth to use. When checking out, the staff patiently asked about the stay experience, took every feedback seriously, and their professional attitude was admirable. This stay experience was great from beginning to end.

GGuest UserThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotelâs target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cooksonâs system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I canât ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think sheâs the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

XXiaomaningningIt was our fourth time to stay at this hotel. The vehicle manager at the hotel entrance was very enthusiastic and helped us find a parking space smoothly. Having learned from the previous experience of staying in the annex building, I chose a deluxe twin room this time. The room was located in the main building, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, so I immediately opened the window for ventilation. In front of the desk in the room is an old-fashioned cloth-covered wooden chair from the 1980s (sigh, this is a hotel with cultural relics as its highlight. This kind of wooden chair is probably difficult to find on the market). After sitting on it, one needs to keep a squat position. Sit properly, otherwise the chair will shake a lot. The TV in the room has also been unavailable. The internal phone in the room is a decoration and cannot make calls. I could only contact the front desk with my mobile phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, there was still no one to deal with these annoying problems. I had to call the front desk again and urged the floor attendant finally. She told us that the chair could not be replaced and we could only use the small chair by the window. She would report the situation to the manager. The deluxe room once again gave me the feeling of staying in an ordinary guest house. I was so drunk...

GGuest UserThis hotel is incredibly close to the high-speed train station, with direct access via an underground passage, which is extremely convenient. The service at the hotel was also excellent, and it's very easy to get around to other nearby areas. The most thoughtful gesture was that before we checked out, the front desk staff thoughtfully prepared rose tea and coffee for us. They even carefully packed them so we could take them on our high-speed train and enjoy them during our journey.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as itâs old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. XXiaobahulatangâPurely for the need of 'sleep for one night', the result was powdered by the pudding hotel! Tianyi Square store perfectly interprets the 'small and beautiful' - 5 minutes direct access to the pedestrian street food, the room is small but the layout is reasonable, the bedding is clean to the same as home. What I admire most is its 'subtraction philosophy': no redundant decoration, But the charging port, hair dryer, free toiletries are all equipped; there is no large conference room, but the self-check-in machine is 50 seconds to get the procedures. Suitable for young people who are pursuing efficient rest, will choose next time! â
