This hotel was an excellent choice for our short STAY in Ning De.
The staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming.The hotel was clean and well maintained.The amenities were all there:towels,soap,shampoo,toothbrushes,comb,shower cap,tea bags,water.
Restaurants of all types and tastes were within easy walking distance.
A fine choice I would readily recommend.

酒店很舒服，前台很親切喜歡這樣的酒店房間衞生很乾凈外面風景很好，還有機器人送餐也有洗衣機，出門坐車也很方便，前台小葉服務很好

整體都挺好的，就是這個特價大床房，不懂這個設計師在想什麼，衞生間有那麼大馬桶的位置居然不設計門，又不是小的放不下馬桶，排氣扇也沒有，也就是上完廁所房間都是臭的

酒店環境不錯，香氛味道剛剛好，辦退房的小陳服務很好。總體來説性價比較高，點外賣有機器人送東西上門，私密性好，住的舒服，推薦！

訂的是山景房，原本想的是能看見山，結果人家是這個房間的名稱就叫山景而已，和任何景無關，房間倒是夠大，服務真的超級差，因為客房有浴缸，我就打算多要一套毛巾浴巾什麼的，打算晚上泡個澡，結果喊了服務員，送來兩雙拖鞋，還和我爭來爭去説我房間裏有浴巾什麼的，我最後問了一次能不能給，她説能給才結束各種巴拉巴拉，包括房間礦泉水，晚上10點半左右開始洗刷刷，發現水温不夠，遂打電話給客房服務，説派人過來看下，結果到第二天早上離店都未曾有服務人員過來，浴缸水龍頭放出來的水，體驗超級差，攜程又是一家倒牌子的酒店

位置挺好找的！周邊也有吃的店鋪，步行20分鐘就可以到萬達啦！前台姐姐人很好！很熱情！房間還可以，很寬敞！就是感覺空調好像不太冷，睡覺有點熱！

房頂發莓，太遲到達，房間也沒窗户，窗户設在淋浴房，凌晨開始廚房煮飯，巨大抽油煙管聲從那個窗户傳來吵到無法睡，窗户在樓梯口，太差了

首先，同比，柏曼酒店性價比很高，其次，酒店服務是真的好，熱情，周到，這次落下了東西，前台主動打電話併發快遞回來，給燕子小姐姐點個贊！最後，一些個人建議，一些細節的地方還需要再改進，列如説客房除塵還要再仔細一些，一些角落，還有枱燈和插排插頭；705浴室噴淋頭老是固定不住會跑方向，水會漫到外面；706有黴味，噴淋頭也有同樣問題。
