I called the hotel in the morning to ask direction . They told me the can not revive us at hôtel the wille move us to another hotel . But I did not accept the new hotel then I report to trips.com . The trips Call back told that everything is ok then we went back to the hotel . But stills same problem (no hot shower) then the hotel told us will refund full amount . But they did report to trips that no show.!!! Be careful this is mafia business!

We just spent four nights in Noci, at this very special hotel. Although arriving very late at night ,we (tree couples in our seventies) were treated in a very welcoming way and even served dinner.The small staff did everything they could to make us have a great time. This very small hotel is located in the old town, and is as charming as it could be, and very quiet. Our rooms were very different. I and my husband staid on the top floor?, in a cavelike room. Very small, but beautiful. Dont miss the terrace on the roof, it has a fantastic view over Noci. Our only problem was to find a parking place for our two cars when we arrived late in the evening. With help from the hotel and google maps ,we found the direction to a free parking lot near by called Largo San Sebastiano. There were places for our cars there every day, but mind that this was out of season. We all loved Santa Rosa Relais.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura, non essendo originari del posto, per trascorrere in famiglia le notti precedenti e successive al mio matrimonio. Anche in un'occasione emozionante e unica come questa, mi sono sentito e ci siamo sentiti a casa. La gentilezza delle signore Anna e Angelica fanno da contorno ad una struttura meravigliosa nel pieno centro storico di Noci (ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi), con camere ampie, luminose e pulite dotate di ogni particolare. Grazie infinite!

Personale cordiale e disponibile....ambiente pulito. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole trascorrere un po di tempo in intimità e totale relax...Massaggio fantastico...Unica pecca: la struttura un po datata e vasca idromassaggio piccola...nel complesso buona soluzione qualità prezzo...

Prezzi convenienti. Camera spaziosa accessoriata e pulita, tutto curato e perfettamente funzionante. Persone cordiali ed efficienti. Ottima la colazione standard in camera. Il ristorante interno QUOTIDIEN è di altissimo livello. Consiglio sia per lavoro che per svago.

Abbiamo pernottato io e la mia ragazza nella stanza “La Scala” Buona ospitalità e cordialità, stanza dell’hotel molto grande e confortevole. Un po’ inquietante la scala all’interno della stanza che porta al piano di sotto ma con porta chiusa. Le due pecche sono state, la mancanza della doccia in bagno (presenza solo di vasca a idromassaggio) e soprattutto l’elevata umidità che portava a formarsi condensa sul pavimento.

Siamo stati ingannati dalla posizione nel centro storico; non abbiamo soggiornato, ma ci siamo fermati per una cena tra amici. Con amarezza abbiamo scoperto che il menu presentava poche scelte e tra queste qualcosa non era nemmeno disponibile. Le porzioni sono minime e gli antipasti non erano un granché. I prezzi invece sono medio-alti. Una delusione totale.
