The staff were polite, the experience was fine however it was more down to the condition of the apartment that ruined it all a bit. The net curtains were very mouldy, this is a huge concern for health especially having a baby in there. The bedroom window was broken so it couldn’t be closed. The front door had a half inch gap under it, luckily it didn’t rain heavily that week! Oh and the electrical sockets/spurs above the sink are a wonderful addition for safety… Other than that, we enjoyed our time in N.Devon!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service and accommodation. Late check ins. Stayed in 3 bedrooms, spiders in each room, which kept returning, broken wardrobe, Leaking ceiling and dampness. The location and access to our Lodge was inaccessible due to 2 steep flights of stairs, no disability access. We needed disabled access room, but nothing was given. Receptionist shrug her shoulders and didn't know how to solve our issues. Very unpleasant stay. BE WARNED.

My partner stayed here for 2 nights & was so disappointed,as we hadn’t been away for a few years due to my partners ill health. The room didn’t feel clean,the shower had mould in it,the sink had a big crack in it,the water was Luke warm when showing,the food menu was very limited.I wouldn’t go there again.So disappointing

Property was clean and cosy and area around property was well kept.
Only criticism would be seeing all the graffiti in the children’s golf area which was directly outside the property window

A good clean base
Apartment tired but clean and adequate.
Would like kitchen utensils to be reviewed but you get the basics.
Shower cubicle could be larger given the size of bathroom.
Would like the pool to be open earlier but the pool manager is a gem.
All in all a good budget stay. Plenty of parking if you aren’t insisting parking outside your door.

Great Staff
4th Time we've stayed here and it gets better and better with new facilities.
As always apartment was spotless on arrival and all staff were pleasant and helpful.
