It was clean but room had a VERY strong Chemical type odor in room. I couldn’t tell if it was a cleaning product, the air conditioner or something else. It was hard to tolerate but I was exhausted from a long day so dealt with it. I was able to sleep all night and in the morning the smell was still there but not as strong. Maybe because the AC wasn’t running?

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! The entire staff were amazing! From the front desk to the friendly ladies serving breakfast every morning. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again the next time i visit North Port!

Great location and all the amenities we needed. The market and bar are nice touches as well as the cookies and grab n go bags. We would stay here again

Very nice hotel with clean rooms, excellent and personable front desk staff, decent breakfast, sitting area outside, plenty of parking and lots of nearby shops and restaurants. But, a couple of miles from I-75 and our room only had one chair to sit on and the room could accommodate up to four guests. Also, a little pricey, but our second night was on Halloween eve! Recommended.

great hotel..very modern. the T.V. IS GREAT..ROOMY ROOMS...THE DOORS ARE ERY HEAY, SO IF YOU DO NOT CATCH THEM, THE SLAM ANDMAE A LARGE NOISE.. REMIND PEOPLE TO DO NOT LET YOUR DOOR SLAM.LOL....

I can't think of anything wrong with this place. We were very pleased with the staff, the hotel, cleanliness, breakfast and pool. We did not use the gym but it looked good enough. There is also a small bar (open till 10pm) and snacks. If we are in the North Port area again we will not even look for another place...

Very nice hotel with good breakfast only concern is the infestation of German cockroaches in the rooms which made us and tithe children quite uncomfortable to the fact.
