Dear Nina, despite your countless apologies, that was a no-go and, according to German travel law, a clear violation of the travel contract, even if you tried to excuse yourself by not expressly reconfirming my booking confirmation for room 303. The room was apparently re-let immediately, so our departure didn't bother you any further. We wanted to save ourselves further trouble and go skiing, so we paid the asking price and were able to spontaneously find a better hotel for the remaining four nights. Be happy with it.
