The owner and all the staff were really kind and helpful. The food was excellent and the afternoon tea with cakes much appreciated. "We have visited the Rosengarten-Latemar area many times in both winter and summer, but this was our first stay in Hotel Mondschein. We had a very spacious, modern room with a view over the opposite mountain. The breakfast and dinner were of very high quality. We had some amazing meals and were every day looking forward to our evening dinner (the beef tagliata was delicious!). Erika who runs the hotel has a very extensive knowledge of the area, speaks very good English and helped us every day with finding amazing walks. The location of the hotel is perfect (bus stop in front of the hotel so no need to use the car) and offers access to many beautiful hiking areas: the Karersee and Maria Weissenstein were our favourite places, but the walking possibilities in both winter and summer are endless. We will definitely visit Hotel Mondschein again as it offers excellent cuisine, great service and a very friendly atmosphere!"

"We stayed at this property for a week with our little dog. We had a really great time, the rooms and common areas are very clean and with attention to the smallest details, the cuisine is excellent and all the staff are kind and available to satisfy every little request. From the moment of booking we opted for the "as you like it" formula which allows you to have meals in the other three structures located in the area and this allows you to go on daily excursions without necessarily having to return to the hotel for lunch. The SPA area is small but functional. In the room there is a tablet where you can read all the activities that are offered daily including some excursions that can be done with a local guide. In the area there are various trails for both beginners and experts. We couldn't ask for anything better for our holiday."

"Marica has become my husband and I favorite hotel-experience in Italy. This year (our third year in a row), we even took my parents (from Mexico) with us! They completely loved it. They have never felt such a high level of costumer service and professionalism in Italy (not even in super expensive hotels or restaurants). Since the first year that my husband and I stayed here, what stood out for us was every curated detail: from how the towels are organized in the sauna to the high-quality food served in the breakfast, merenda and dinner. We are quite exigent about the food, and Marica exceed every expectation. Plus, you have the owners there everyday seeing what you need before you even asked for it, and without you feeling pursued or seen. They are just amazing at reading customer needs and looking for customers satisfaction. It seems like they are your family and treat you as one of them. At Marica, you feel comfy as in home, but with somebody else (Marica’s team) in charge of everything so you can completely relax!! The beds are soooo comfy, that you won’t want to leave. You can use a sun chair to take the sun (or the shadow) surrounding by nature ! And you can experience all sauna steps in inside and outside environments. 150% recommended!"

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. "We spent a week in the Regglberger Hof and we felt very well! The hotel is managed familiarly and emittes a very special hospitality. The mother of the family autumn and the son always take care of the good of the guests. Unique! The kitchen is already almost ***** 5Sterne suspect and you have a very delicious dinner every evening. Breakfast is also excellent for Italian conditions! The premium room was very spacious and comfortable and during the stay there are bathrooms and bath tubs available. The new sauna area with three saunas I enjoyed very much and also the outdoor pool. The very beautiful bar and outdoor terrace at good weather has also enjoyed us very well in the evening. Parking is right in front of the door and the hotel is ideal for many unique walks in the Dolomites. Whether KarerSee, Rosengarten or White & Schwarzhorn= everything is available in about 30Minutek!"
