"We had a truly wonderful time for three days. We returned to the Dolomites after a year and a half, and it was our first time in Nova Ponente. (It is very quiet here!) "We stayed as a family for 5 nights in July. When we originally booked the team at Hotel Peter were very responsive and helpful. We booked 3/4 board, and as we were from the UK, the online booking system would not process a deposit, so I contacted Sofia at the hotel and she was happy for us to pay in full at the end of our stay. This was the first of many excellent interactions. We arrived at the hotel after driving up from Rome, and were met with a warm welcome by the owners. Our rooms (Silver Thistle) were exactly as we expected, large and high quality and next to one another. We headed down for our first dinner at 7 p.m. and were treated to an amazing 5 course meal. Which was repeated every night, always of a very high standard, a mix of Italian, Austrian, French and international cuisine. There is always a vegetarian option across the courses too. Although my son is 12 I'd arranged for him to have the adult menu with the rest of us, and both our children enjoyed the quality and variety of the food, and tried many new dishes. I tip my hat to the chefs and the waiting staff, the quality and ambience of the restaurant for dinner is up there with £80 - £100 per head London restaurants. The food experience continues - breakfast is comprehensive, fresh and delicious, and also the team serve afternoon tea from 2.30 to 5 p.m. with a selection of cakes, tarts, bread, meat and cheeses. The apple strudel, a favourite of mine, is delicious. I would thoroughly recommend the 3/4 board. The food is high quality and it's excellent value. As a family we enjoyed every meal. The hotel is in a perfect location for walks and exploring the Dolomites / Sud Tirol. We went walking every day on the easy to navigate trails (they are well signposted and maps are available from the hotel), plus the hotel runs a guided tour each Wednesday. This is free of charge and well worth it. We visited the canyon in the Geoparc (there is a cost to enter the parc of £10 per adult for safety helmets - which are required in the canyon). Our guide Karin was very knowledgable, patient and had a great sense of humour. All four of us got something different out of it and it was a memorable experience. As we drove convenient and secure parking was important to us. There is ample parking both at ground level and in the underground garage at the hotel. We also saw EV users using the onsite chargers. I've stayed in many hotels of all qualities on both business and pleasure. Many get the simple things wrong, the things which realy impact a stay - a comfortable bed, clean room, powerful shower, helpful staff. Hotel Peter is first class on all these basics, and exceeded all of my expectations. Overall it's one of the best hotels I've enjoyed a several day stay in. One 'even better if' was that when my wife and daughter tried the indoor pool and tub they found it quite cool, and not the 29C as advertised. For the team at the hotel - a big thank you and we will see you again!"

"We have visited the Rosengarten-Latemar area many times in both winter and summer, but this was our first stay in Hotel Mondschein. We had a very spacious, modern room with a view over the opposite mountain. The breakfast and dinner were of very high quality. We had some amazing meals and were every day looking forward to our evening dinner (the beef tagliata was delicious!). Erika who runs the hotel has a very extensive knowledge of the area, speaks very good English and helped us every day with finding amazing walks. The location of the hotel is perfect (bus stop in front of the hotel so no need to use the car) and offers access to many beautiful hiking areas: the Karersee and Maria Weissenstein were our favourite places, but the walking possibilities in both winter and summer are endless. We will definitely visit Hotel Mondschein again as it offers excellent cuisine, great service and a very friendly atmosphere!"

"We are regularly returning guests as this is by far our favourite hotel for ski holidays. Right on the slopes - ski in and ski out - with designated ski boxes to each room. Lovely nature, views and surroundings. The accommodation itself is of very high standard, rooms are very thought through, clean and comfortable. The public places are welcoming and great to chill whenever you might need or want. The wellness part of the hotel is outstanding and anything you can think of - great saunas, relaxing zone and as a bonus there is a heated outside pool. Restaurant again - perfect at all levels - great breakfast with plenty of variety to choose from and dinner is always a culinary experience thanks to the chef Ivan. But what we value the most as a family is the staff and management. We have never met such great team of people who are ready to assist or help anytime, nothing is a problem or trouble, you just have to ask. Overall perfect balance of costs and quality you are getting. Certainly (as we can compare) the best of the best in the area."

"A truly lovely family hotel where you get a genuine experience of being welcomed into a Tyrolean family home. The owners and staff are gorgeous- they work tirelessly to ensure guests have everything they need. Beautiful location with lots of hiking and biking near by. Rooms are comfortable, relaxing and quiet with excellent beds. The food is copious and if good quality. The spa (swimming pool, sauna, steam and relaxation rooms plus massage) is excellent and very welcome after a day out on the hills. Would thoroughly recommend."

"We are every year for about one week in Regglberger Hof. For motorcyclists the ideal starting point! The accommodation offers modern large rooms with balcony and even on two levels. There is a great spa area with sauna indoor and outdoor pool. Lifting and rest rooms. The food is excellent. Regional products are fresh and tastefully prepared. We are very satisfied. The staff is careful, helpful and friendly. A real family business !! One disadvantage ... a two-kilo more on the weight at the home trip"

"We came as a family of 6 (including a baby). The staff was super accommodating, including offering us an upgrade (which we paid for, of course, but very fair rates) to the suite because we have a disabled child and the original room had no elevator access. Extremely clean and the breakfast was top notch. The kids also had a chance to enjoy the pool. And the view from the balcony is unbelievable"

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night.
