The hotel is situated very close to a nice pebble beach. The hotel area is big and very well maintained. Rooms are modern but rather small, very little place for luggage. Reception staff friendly and helpful ( except one lady) . Big variety of food and very delicious. Big and convenient bike room with power sockets for e-bike loading. To sum up, the hotel is absolutely worth to spend vacation!

This is a very large hotel. The facilities are great and there is enough space for everyone. The buffet was good in general, we liked the vegetable dishes better than the meat ones. They have friendly staff who always try to help. Location is very convenient, walking distance to the village center.

Very nice and neat hotel with great variety of food! Perfect for families, since they have awesome playroom with animation and swimming pool - no worries if it rains outside. Also the stuff is very friendly. We will definitely dome back in summer.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday visited this hotel several years ago now !loved it then and still do! About an hour distance from airport which to be honest went quickly due to the beautiful scenery! Hospitality is wonderful by all in Novigrad !even at one of the local banks where we managed to exchange the kunas we’d accumulated over the years ! there was no problem at all at the bank to exchange to euros! With no charge! Hotel was in a beautiful location a great walk into the town managed to do at least 10000 steps a day we so earnt a few beers and beautiful lunch in novigrad!Watch out for mosquitoes they really are out and about at the moment! As for the hotel the service was excellent! The restaurant never disappointed and the rooms were kept spotless ! Thankyou hotel maestral we will be back! A truly class holiday!!

First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests.
Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but since I arrived late at night, I collapsed right to bed and didnt notice the old soap bar until I showered the next day, nor the dirty duvet cover (I noticed it when I started inspecting the room more closely). When I reported these things, the receptionist that dealt with my report was understanding, and sent a cleaning crew to our room right away - but, that doesn't fix how gross it was... and I was not offered any kind of discount or any gesture to offset that our room had not been properly cleaned. When you stay at a four star resort, you do expect a minimum level of comfort, cleanliness, and service.
Clearly this place needs to focus more on the cleanliness. I can say this is true because after the cleaning crew had been to the room - they left our dirty glasses there but tipped them over so the lips of the glasses were touching the bathroom counter (not with a paper under) and the old bar of soap... so, pretty much they just changed the bedding I guess... communication issues?

This time we just went to swim in a great pool with sea water and for a massage, bul last autum we were stayin in this hotel for 3 nights and we loved it. The food in great, indoor pool is awsom and they have a lot of things to do for kids. We will come back.

The room is very clean and everything is perfect. Good working people in that hotel everyone is so lovely. In the hotel you have restorant, gym(fitness) and pools inside pool and outside pool. It is perfect
