This is our second stay at Nattha Waree. We are hot spring fans so this is a must stop for us before departing to Krabi airport.
Location wise, it’s far from Ao Nang and a taxi is quite expensive. I wouldn’t recommend if your goal is to visit Krabi town/beach unless you are a large group that can share the taxi costs.
Great location to get to the airport quickly and spend some time relaxing in the many hot springs.
Food was much better than I expected so we didn’t mind that it’s the only place to eat. The nearest 7-11 is a 20 min walk away.
Some of the hot spring pools were a little murky but they were cleaned the next day we arrived and were perfect.
There were very few guests using the pools/springs so we were very happy to have them mostly to ourselves. Be careful to remove jewelry before entering the springs because they may tarnish.
We booked the room with jacuzzi and private hot spring which is a must for us.
Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Price and performance is perfect. It is located away from the main beaches in a perfect quiet location.

We stayed at Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort before, and it was ok.
This time stayed for two nights, Oct 06 and Oct 7, 2022
It was a big disappointment; the reception staff did not help check it.
Our room had NO cold water, only boiling water...
There was no room cleaning, but we did get fresh towels.
Airline-type breakfast at its worth the same unhelpful reception staff.
It was a bad experience.
I hope Nattha Waree Hot Springs Resort can hire better staff.

As hot spring lovers, we were really looking forward to our stay, but I think we would have enjoyed this hotel more 10 years ago.
Originally, the water temperature was properly set in various locations, but now the posted temperature and the actual water temperature are different in many locations, and several locations don't even have hot water. There was also a spa originally called a fish spa, but it didn't even have hot water, let alone fish.
We chose our breakfast, but none of the meals came with coffee or tea...and the only drink we had was water...
Before checking out, we enjoyed a short walk to the neighboring Krabi Hot Springs.
