They have excellent staff who are so courteous and helpful. Praveen and Sinit were very polite and went out of their way to help us.The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were with amazing view. I would love to come back again here……………..

It's a nice little villa that's perched on top of a hill in the highlands of Nuwara Eliya. It offers a great view of Gregory Lake, and the ammenities are great. Staff are attentive, friendly and approachable. Beds are comfortable and room, clean and spacious. Something to pay attention to, and probably out of the control, is that the road leading up to the place is steep, narrow and (under rainy weather conditions), rather dangerous for vehicles. For a wonderful area with a cool climate such as Lake Gregory, do expect visitors to want to walk, and while there's also a short cut down from the Villa, the steps are not well maintained - there's no handrails, and steps are equally steep and slippery - those with weak knees may want to be careful. Otherwise, for what it offers, it is great service and value, has awesome views and a good recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

My husband and I had a one night stay at this hotel. Beautiful location with amazing views. Very hospitable manager and staff. Food was well prepared. Clean and neat rooms and bathroom. Lovely view of Gregory lake from this hotel. Would love to visit here again.

My stay at the Serenus Boutique Villa was delightful. The combination of exceptional service and beautiful views made it a memorable experience. I recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered getaway. Accommodations I stayed in one of the triple rooms, 2 kind size beds – great for a small family. The room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of Gregory lake-a private balcony. The king-sized bed, and blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. We heard some music in the night from the town itself but it did not disturbed my sleep. The room has modern furnishings and the amenities included an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels. Service The staff at Serenus Boutique Villa were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service and helpful concierge, the entire team was top-notch. Dining I dined at the Serenus Boutique Villa for breakfast and dinner. You have to order your meals ahead of time - the meals we had were extremely delicious, clean, made with fresh ingredients but mostly you can feel the care they were made with. A big kudos to the chef – thanks for accommodating a vegan menu. Located at the edge of Gregory Lake, the view is one of the best. You do have to drive up a steep hill (not too far though) to get to the Villa.

Stayed here between 02nd may , 2 nights with my family , i would say it was one of my best stays , the beautiful view of gegory lake , from the balcony of the room given to us , so so mindblowing , the location of the boutique hotel is just opposite Gegory lake , the staff and food is good , the rooms are super clean and well maintained , we enjoyed our stay, thanks to Dushan the manager , he took good care of us

We really enjoyed our stay here whilst making a short stop in Nuwara Eliya. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and the views over the lake were wonderful. A big thank you to the staff who were very friendly and welcoming, and added to our stay being such an enjoyable one.
