A beautiful costal walk to the 26 by the sea, excellent view from the front terrace overlooking the sea , plenty to look at and a beautiful sunset. Hotel was spotless, comfortable bed, room had own sun terrace, friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast, and a bonus of fresh orange and pastries to wake up to outside your room door. Breakfast choice was amazing as so was the food.

My wife and I stayed for a day .........would have loved to have stayed for a week!! The service was 5 star, Rachel was a wonderful host and could do enough for all of the guests. Comfortable check in with a free glass of fizz is a great way to start. The room was amazing, as was the rest of the hotel lounges, and dinning areas. Lots of lovely touches and amazing personal service made this one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful weather wasn't expected in early April, but we made the most of it sitting on the terrace at the front enjoying a bottle of wine admiring the beautiful view. We ate that evening at No.17 which is their sister Hotel. Food was amazing and service and venue equally as good! Well done 26 by the Sea - 10/10 !!!!!!!

Wonderful 2 nights @ 26 By the Sea. We were welcome immediately by Carrie and served a welcome drink. We chatted about 20 minutes about the area, things to do, and the wonderful Scottish people. The room was spacious with many amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a bounty of choices. Oban is a great place to explore the nearby islands so get out on the water, Mull, Iona, Staffa. Great hikes up the hill for fantastic views

The location is great. Seaside walk into town in just a few minutes. The residence is charming. Service and breakfast were great. Highly recommend it.

Perhaps are best and most pleasantly surprising overnight stay on our one-month road trip through Scotland - certainly the most welcoming. A room with a great view of the Firth and a terrific open-kitchen breakfast.

We recently enjoyed a short but very sweet stay at No. 26 which exceeded all our expectations! The seafront location was wonderful, interiors were stylish, bedrooms super comfortable and honesty bar a lovely feature. The breakfast - skilfully prepared by Bom - was exceptional and the pre-breakfast tray of croissants and fresh orange juice delivered to the room was a lovely touch. Above all, the welcome and service offered by Yeva and Rachel, who clearly love what they do, was superb. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
