The staff really are brilliant, they remembered us from our stay last year and were very friendly, again, remembering our name each time we went to the bar/restaurant. We ate in the Restaurant all three nights and loved everything! The food is fresh, home cooked and really tasty! The Venison was great and I ended up having it two nights in a row! Beautiful gardens across the road and a great base to explore the surrounding areas with plenty parking. We will be back again and again I am sure!"

"Yesterday we experienced the best Afternoon Tea here at Glencruitten House. Firstly the setting is absolutely stunning and the decore inside is very rich and very Downton Abbeyesque ! .The service that Depesh gave us was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for him. So thank you ! . He was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was all home made and just the tastiest ever and very plentiful. There were six of us and we had more than enough to eat and came home with quite a few containers of left overs which is always a bonus - right. !!! Overall it was a truly magical afternoon tea and Glencruitten House did not disappoint. It was an afternoon full of great food, great location and great company. If you are in the area or live locally and looking for something a bit out of the ordinary then this is the perfect place to come. At £40 pp you may think it's expensive. But when you soak in the amazing location and atmosphere and sample the delicious food combined with the impeccable service it's was excellent value for money. Thank you so much for a truly magical time. We will definitely be back. !"
