Limited check in time and reception needs a lesson in customer service. Facility very dated. Do not order breakfast full hot breakfast available nearby for the same price. Towels and bedding threadbare. Needs deep cleaning and refresh. Lighting poor. Bathroom sink tap is for kitchen and lose. Killed 3 bugs. For less than $1-2,000 lbs this place can become 3 + star. Definitely not a B&B. Not a vetted place.

Not very welcoming, Not enough wall sockets!! Bed side lamp but no socket to use it. Furniture old and uncomfortable!!

Did not enjoy the stay in this accommodation. On arrival lady that met us was unwelcoming and only interested In filling in forms. Very abrupt. Continental breakfast was a joke all food left out overnight as nobody to see to what was happening as reception only available from 4pm until 6pm Would not recommend this property

Very misleading description of the parking situation, be prepared to have to pay for parking somewhere in town during the day. Don’t bother paying for breakfast, you are better off finding a cafe somewhere downtown. Definitely not worth the money we paid for a two night stay, unfortunately

Room very small black marks on the walls and dirty generally black mould on bed toe nails on the carpet stains all over it sink in the room is dirty along with the kettle the full room is shocking don’t think the carpet has ever been hoovered or the light shades dusted

Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly. Thank you but perhaps a talk to residents about safety while using facilities

If I had taken the time to read some reviews prior to booking I wouldn’t be in this position, hopefully the fact that you are means you can still save yourself. Terrible service, terrible people. Save your money and go wild camping if nothing else is available. Avoid at all costs.
