Booked a bay view room, looking at the bay on the west side, you can see the sunset from the balcony, the room is very big

Dining options very close, on site parking was a plus. Indoor pool was very small but convenient. Very lovely bar & reception area in the evening. Room was spacious & updated

We have stayed in many hotels in Ocean City over the years usually Ocean Front. We decided to stay Bay Front this year. First time staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott and could not have been more pleased.

This is a great property if you do not want to use the pool, eat breakfast, or expect a good experience in the evenings.
The only reason I paid more for the Marriot Residence in, was because it always has had a sense of luxury and quality, Breakfast, is better at Holiday Inn then Marriot. The staff was serving food like this was animals being service, not guest. Overall experience was terrible, move to the Hilton, much better experience.

Carleigh, the manager, was amazing! Called about early check-in and she actually called when the room was ready. Was very accommodating regarding the New Years Eve party. Loved the look of the property. But... the sofa bed was not sleepable. I did report to the front desk. We travel alot and I always take the sofa bed because my husband snores. I could not sleep on it. Also, the breakfast on Sunday, 1/31 had issues. They kept running out of food and it took so long to restock that we just didn't eat much. For example, no bread at all... bread, bagels, etc Probably staffing issues but they knew they were at capacity. But not a good Marriott experience. We expected much more from you guys, especially with the sofa bed. The front desk girl was nice, apologetic, but that was it.

We have been to at least 5 different Motels during our yearly vacation to lovely Ocean City MD in the last 25 years and this is the best Motel hands down. Fast easy check in, delicious free breakfast buffet every morning. great views, the 5'deep indoor pool is located on the corner with huge windows providing excellent views, Have double the amount of convenient lights in the room. Found the goose lights on side of both beds the best reading light. Bathroom was extra clean, spacious and more then enough lighting. One of the few motels where bathroom mirrors never fogged up while taking a hot shower. Friendly staff.
