Great for swimming, sports and activities. Many families. Tattoos had to be covered in pool area, which is a bit weird in a Hilton Hotel.

Everyone who comes to hakone lake must stay here! The scenery is very good, including welcome drinks, hot springs, etc. There is a person at the front desk who speaks very good English. There are various stations and pirate ship spots within 50 meters. There are many ********* interns who work and exchange in the hotel. They are very warm and lovely. For children, this hotel will let Chinese guests make a lot of reservations. Although there is really no food nearby at night, it is not a big problem if there is food in the hotel itself.

The manager was very helpful and guided us to the amenities and features of the property.

館内での飲食が25%オフになる宿泊プランだったが、チェックアウト時は満額を請求、こちらから指摘して仕方なく差し引く感じで、謝罪も一切なく非常に不愉快な旅だった。

アメニティが何も部屋になく、フロントでの有料でもお取り扱いがない、売店には一泊用もなく、 20日用サイズしかなかった。 とても不便な場所で、車でないと難しい。 無料送迎バスは夕方以降はないのと 土日は小田原まで行ってなく、無人駅で降ろされる。 翌日の朝にタクシーを呼んでほしいとお願いしたが、あっさり無いですと言われ、あとはシャトルバスの時間までお待ち下さいと、、 ひたすら電話をかけまくり自力でなんとかしたが、 タクシーないのが当たり前の対応。 施設内は清潔でした。

It was great to have so many places for kids to play.

I reserved a room for my parents who attended our wedding held at the resort. Basically, the hot spring spa facilities were good, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were satisfactory. There were many other facilities, so I had fun and rested comfortably even after the ceremony. I made a separate reservation for a dog room to take my dog, and I was very satisfied. Dog run is also available, so I highly recommend it.

食事するレストランを増やしてほしい。 バイキングだけでなく、選べる方が選択肢が増えてよい。

I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)
