The facilities are good, but the service level at the front desk is low. The pre-authorization of the credit card became a charge. After solving the problem, I couldn't find a timely solution. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service followed up in time and got a refund in time. Thank you, Bao!

Very well kept and modernized. A few aesthetic issues such as wall cracks and peeling in the bathroom. Under the couch wasn't cleaned at all. The fridge is ridiculously small as well. Other than that, no real issues we enjoyed our stay here.
It's also in a great location for restaurants. Not too much else in the immediate area. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here while in town to watch some hockey at Michigan State University which is about a 15 minute drive from here. The comparable hotels near MSU are significantly more expensive making the short drive worth it. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping and seems to be in the newer end of East Lansing whereas MSU is in the older downtown area but both have their own character and are nice.

It took 35 minutes to check us in. The desk clerk scanned a total of 3 of our credit cards multiple times, saying they didn't work. They did - resulting in holds & fraud alerts to our cards that required calls to our banks.
To top it off the room was dirty! Soured milk baby bottle stuffed behind the pillows. Management could care less!

This hotel is located in a great area of the greater Lansing area in Okemos. We were able to visit several different areas of the region, including Michigan State University, as well as the downtown area of Lansing and the historic Old Town area of Lansing. We would stay at this hotel again!
