Would not stay again. Very dirty, hard bed, room was not heating when checking in cold winter and had to leave for an hour and wait for it to get warmer to enter.

The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. The standard. The only issue I had was that my room keys stopped working twice during my 3 night stay. They switched out my keys quick and easy.

After check in you walk down the hallway and it smells like the floor has been on fire. Get into the room and it’s a million times worse smelling, thankfully we had some freeze in the truck. Shower doesn’t drain, you can hear pounding all night which sounds like shoes in a dryer and could be cleaner. Basically didn’t sleep…

This was a nice stay for me and my family from Dallas, TX. I was visiting my granddaughter and her family. The location and surroundings were excellent. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.

Clean, comfortable, nice decor, good breakfast.
The only thing keeping it from five stars on the property condition was the bathtub & bathroom floor tile looked worn and needed to be resurfaced. But it was well decorated & clean & everything worked well.

The hotel was fine. Parts were a little run down and our bathroom had some cracks in thw shower and the toilet was really really low? The beds were super comfy. The staff that checked us in was very nice and got us into our room early. The people the next morning were hard to find, but I think he might have also been in charge of breakfast which was also just fine.

Mattress was worn out and soft. Dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed. Door on heat/ac control was broken. Door lock assembly was loose on door and staff was told about it 3 times but was not fixed. Room smelled of tobacco smoke.

The service was nice but the the cleanup in the rooms really need improvement as well as the follow up regarding the shower in the bathroom.
