This is one of the best hotel in ooty. The perfect location and perfect hotels one can find in ooty. The owners look like we are their home. The took at-most care about the guests. Perfect !

Nice Hotel, Nice location, Located near to market, Nice and cooperative Owner and Staff, But it lacs certain facilities: -Rates are comparatively high as compared with other same type hotels. - Hotel has no own kitchen - No complementary tea/ coffee facilities in rooms. - Though cost is high yet free breakfast not included - Wash rooms are neat but geysers are not working properly Overall assessment is satisfactory

The stay at hotel Carnation was very good. The location was convenient for us and the stay was also comfortable. Friendly staff and the owner was also very hospitable. A mild inconvenience was that the room had a smell of cigarette smoke. Other than that very good stay and overall good experience.
