I would never recccomend this hotel
To anyone.. the location and view are nice but really not worth it.. the staff the cleaning ladys the way they treat u everything is 0 they want only money from u and they are thieves they stole my shirt.. i was very shocked what happend to me in this hotel i checked out 2 days after.. i told the staff what happend to me and they didnt even care.. my room
Was dirty and when i checked in i got my room like this! Never sty in this hotel

The room service and front desk phone numbers are always unreachable. There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. The room I booked on Ctrip doesn't have a sea view, so I can only get a room on the lower floor facing the street. It's very noisy at night, with motorcycles and cars roaring all night. Changing rooms costs extra. Once you check in, you can't get a refund for the next few days even if you apply 2 days in advance. It's not worth the price.

The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I asked for towels to be delivered at night. After urging many times, they were not delivered until the next morning.

Horrible Hotel, not worth the money. As a member of the Marriot i was very disappointed in this hotel. When we entered the room we did not find any towels, we had to call the reception to request them and when they brought them to the room. they were so old and used up...scary to see that kind of towels in a 4 stars hotel. The same crappy towels were used in the Hamam at the top floor...Don't let me start talking how dirty and primitives that hamam was. I paid over DA40000 for a queen bed room (2 people) which is too pricy for the service and the quality of that Hotel. Oran offer more choice...Please go somewhere else.
