Four Points by Sheraton Oran ★★★★★
"Worst service! The service is lousy, the restaurant is lousy, we run after the waiters to receive our orders. We ordered a pizza, the restaurant manager came back to tell us that after 3 failed attempts in the oven, they canceled the order. The dishes arrive with fewer ingredients than expected. There are no towels in the rooms in the evening, we wait 45 minutes after the report to receive them. Breakfast in the morning, we queue to get a coffee from a single worn-out machine! And for Check out, I had to review the invoices by email, no email, I call reception no one answers, a hellish hotel!!!"
Sofi Hotel ★★★
"Very disappointed, I found cockroaches twice and even when I changed rooms it was the same, cockroaches everywhere."
Royal Hotel Oran - MGallery ★★★★★
"Excellent central location, with everything just a short walk away. The staff are professional and welcoming, and the hotel has a pleasant, classic atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a relaxed and easy place to return to after exploring the city. Overall, a very enjoyable and convenient stay in Oran."
Ibis Oran les Falaises ★★★
"The price is a bit high, and although it's close to the beach, there aren't many restaurants nearby."
AZ Hotels Grand Oran ★★★★★
"Overall a pleasant stay, but they don't take credit card for breakfast... had to pay it in cash, which was inconvenient."
Timgade ★★
"Security assured, impeccable service and staff, competent, helpful, very clean room and the really positive point is the security, having stayed alone I was apprehensive but frankly I went with my eyes closed, impeccable quality/price ratio"
Grand Hotel Oran
"In Erzin, we knew how much we would have to pay at the reception, but they charged me 600 Algerian Dinars more than what was stated in your system. When I asked about this, they said no, they don't accept it. They charged me 1950 Dinars, but your system shows 1250 Dinars. So they overcharged me. Secondly, the receptionists didn't speak English; I had a lot of difficulty and used a translation device. Thirdly, to call a taxi at the door, even though I ordered one through the app on my phone, the taxi that arrived demanded three times the amount shown in the system. The receptionist and the person at the door had arranged that taxi. The amount I should have paid was 700, but they asked for 2000, then lowered it to 1005. It was very unethical behavior. In the end, I ordered a taxi myself through the system and went for 1000."
Hotel Oran Bay Managed by Accor ★★★★★
"The welcome is warm and the staff is always available and attentive to the needs of guests. The rooms are spacious, modern and very well maintained, with a magnificent view."
Ambassadeurs Oran ★★★
"Good, the customer service handled the issues fairly well."

Hotel Adef
"I'll stay here again next time. Giving a good review first."
Le Zenith Hotel Oran
"I would say it is a 4 star hotel, reasonable to good. I didn't have any inconveniences during my stay. I liked the good sized room. The staff were all very attentive. There is a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use it. Breakfast is normal, with plenty of variety and a good atmosphere."
2H Hotel
"Very beautiful hotel , with very comfortable family suites, warm welcome and super ideal location for the walks all is available"
Liberté Hotels Oran
"The hotel is very clean and very clean. The tram stop to get down to the city centre is located nearby, you can easily walk up there. One more than I'll experiment next time, the swimming pool."
Maraval
"Very friendly staff, clean and large room, very good stay."
Best Western Hotel Colombe
"I had an amazing stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Abdel and Ms. Chaina. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. The staff was extremely cooperative and supportive, always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. The level of service truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay.!"
Hotel Timgad
Le Palme Hotel
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is very professional, friendly, and always available if needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The hotel is spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and in the common areas like the reception restrooms. Our room, although a little small, was perfectly suited for a couple. It smelled wonderful, and the housekeeping was impeccable. A very welcome bonus: the well-placed outlets throughout the room, very practical! The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with excellent coffee. A real treat to start the day off right. We sincerely hope this wonderful experience will continue over the years. Thank you for a perfect stay!"
