Reservation made for a double room, we found ourselves in a crappy twin room, being told that the hotel was full (while the next day another employee told us that it was not full). I said a rotten room, just renovated in a hurry to hide the misery that was nevertheless very present, with furniture dating from Methuselah. The view out the window, absolutely magnificent: No view, but a wall. Oh yes, also an oil tank on the side and piping. In short, a real prison room. Impossible to sleep because of no sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the 3 closest bedrooms. We live to the rhythm of slamming doors, running water and bars of soap falling into neighboring showers that make you jump. As incredible as it may seem, there is no power outlet in the room. Only 1 in the bathroom. When asking at reception, we were told that all of them are like that. I can't believe it. And we also say that we don't have any power *****s or extension cords to lend us. A light globe on the bedroom ceiling with around fifty dead flies in it. In the morning when we left we of course didn't say anything (because it would have been useless) and strangely also the receptionist didn't ask us how the night had gone. Parking is certainly free, but along the road, and when there is no space (which is always the case when arriving late) it is in a public car park about a hundred meters away. For the deposit, no prepayment authorization was made on a bank card, the receptionist simply took down the numbers of my bank card. How much would she have been able to withdraw without the customer being informed and what means of recourse in the event of a problem? This is why this practice is illegal (in France).

No quiero ofender sensibilidades. Experiencia nefasta! El hotel ofrece un servicio de 10 y no llega a 3. La recepciónista es una pedante y va de listilla. Luego quiere ir de simpática, pero x k le has dejado claro las cosas. Las habitaciones no os dejéis engañar x las fotos son precarias. Poca iluminación, lámparas y cortinas se caen de lo viejas y tienen un salón que lo venden como el salón del palacio de Versalles y se parece más a una sala de funeraria. La comida - bufet justita, variedad poca e insípida. El personal está muy amargado y tienen muy pocas ganas de nada, sería mejor q se quedaran en casa. Lo único q los hace facturar, es x k tienen una terraza cómoda, y la ubicación esta muy bien. Pero en resumen el hotel en general se lleva un puntaje del 1 al 10 le doy un 3 y me estoy arriesgando…

El hotel esta bien, tiene buenas vistas, pero hay algunas cosas para mejorar. Se supone, que tiene parquing, pero en realidad tiene solo unas pocas plazas en una curva, donde cabe muy pocos coches. La habitacion estaba bastante limpia, pero debajo de las camas y dentro del armario habia mucho polvo. El bufet de desayuno es muy completo, pero cuando pedimos para cenar ternera, la mitad de los trozos eran incomestibles, porque llevaban nervios. Lo que mas me sorprendio, que los tres camareros que habian, en vez de estar en comedor, por si alguien necesita algo, estaban fuera jugando con el perro, y luego entraron a servir la comida sin lav**** los manos. No creo, que volvamos a este hotel.

Nada aconsejable, hice una reserva, 18 días antes de ir, y 4 días antes me dijeron que esta lleno y que no tenia disponibilidad, cuidado a la hora de ir a este hotel y a la hora de hacer la reserva, lamentable. no lo recomiendo No creo que sea normal, y lo arreglen con un lo siento.

El hotel está muy bien, tiene estacionamiento fuera del mismo. Habitación cómoda, cama cómoda y amplia, se ingresa con tarjeta magnética.; cuenta con una pequeña tv, el wifi funciona bien. Lo mejor el desayuno y la comida, súper abundante y muy rica. Los empleados amables y muy bien dispuestos a atender al huésped.
