Overall, the only good thing was how friendly the front desk staff was yesterday 1/17/23 early afternoon when I got in. When I had to call about a bunch of problems this morning, I spoke with David who could care less that the ADA door was catching and difficult to open or that the phone was broken or that the shower had no pressure. And clearly has no problem solving abilities, no different option for food, or the fact you need cash for that crappy snack area, no option to shower somewhere else….what am I paying for anyways? There was no room service even thought their website said there was and I also chose this because they had beautiful pool amenities. However, the pool was closed so pretty much. I just paid a good chunk of change for an ada room for nothing but a firm bed and a door that even a burglar probably couldn’t open let alone someone with a disability and a whole lot of problems….IM ACTUALLY PISSED ABOUT THIS CRAPPY EXPERIENCE, I’ll never stay at this hotel or any hotel affiliated with it!
