Amazing place for a family vacation. Loved the activities available for the whole family. I wish the pools were a little bigger. We were initially given a villa right in front of active construction, but were moved to a much better location after a few requests. The staff is great overall. Would like to recognize Marie, she was so nice!

Comfortable stay
Hotel was great, too bad we’re too busy spending our time in the theme parks and no time to enjoy all the amenities of the resort. The suite was spacious and comfortable. If we go to Orlando again definitely want to stay here.

We stayed in 7401. The room smelled moldy and musty so we got some carpet fresh and threw it down. The shower in the main bathroom was not clean. Long hairs all in it. My hair is in locs and my husband is bald. The hot tub was dirty and the mirror around it had fingerprints on it. Thank goodness we bring our own cleaning supplies. Towards the end, the shower leaked into the living room and cause the carpet to be soaked. The carpet leading to second bedroom was soaked also. A roach, crawled from underneath the sink in the second bathroom and that was it for me. One of the days we went to the pool, as soon as we were about to get in, security or someone had to remove POOP out of it. One of the ladies acted like that was a normal thing to happen in the pool. Don’t know if it was a child or an adult, but that was disgusting! Pissed me my husband off and we grabbed our things and left and went to another pool. Needless to say the staff were awesome.
