Staff is so nice and always smile with quick and accurate responses. Room charge is reasonable during peak Christmas time but the indoor cafeteria should be improved as the area is so small but the quantity and quality of breakfast is really good

Comfortable hotel rooms and slow internet speeds are common problems in most hotels in the United States. There is ample parking at the hotel. Air conditioning system is good. Is a good value for money hotel.

Most of the staff are friendly and one of the housekeepers did a fantastic job cleaning but other days, it was clear that the floors were mopped with dirty water. The hotel is absolutely filthy and outdated. I just didn’t have the energy to deal with cancelling and rebooking with a different hotel. Shuttle didn’t show up without notice which was extremely annoying. I found mould in the room. HUGE HEALTH HAZARD!!

Stayed the week of the 19th when there was a cold front
Our thermostat in the room was broken never got fixed complained the moment we checked in nothing was done they didnt even offer for us to switch rooms so was cold the entire weekend
Our key had never worked properly. Had to try at 10 times or more each time we entered. Nothing was done about that either
Asked for some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience was told nothi g can be done because i booked through a 3rd party but i did get 7$ back for the gotel tax.
The breakfast wasnt great either.

This was easy and on the cheaper side. definetly needs some updating. the air-conditioning unit worked good, hot water was amazing and the water pressure was good. lacks some sizeable amenities. but for a place to lay our head it was fine.

The worst hotel stay of my life. We booked for 4 days 3 nights. We stayed the first night only because it was already late. The rooms
We’re dingy and dark. I felt like I had been catfished. Before I booked they said they had a Disney world shuttle. They only had a shuttle to universal. The lobby is smaller then the pictures.
