The room hardware is OK, but the service is terrible. We stayed for four nights, but they never cleaned the room, did not clear the trash, and did not replenish the supplies. We went to the front desk every night to ask for cleaning the next day, and reminded them to clean the room when we left in the morning, but they ignored us, as if we hadn't said anything. When we returned to the room in the afternoon, everything was the same. I would collapse if I stayed any longer😫

Great hotel and location, plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Nice room, clean and had all the necessary items in small kitchenette.

Great property, I had a very good stay. It was clean, very nice, great staff. There was a great breakfast as well. I’ll definitely stay again if I travel to Orlando.

If my wife and I could leave a one star rating, we would. The customer service was horrible and treatment my wife, kids, and I received was inhumane as the maintenance guy forced entry into our hotel room without even knocking on the door and didn’t even apologize. From the front desk customer service was nowhere to be found or seen especially with this invasion of privacy, not to mention my wife was not fully clothed. We were advised that follow up would be made and none has been made to this point after almost a full day checking out from the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. I loved the area. The room was amazing and clean. Bed was comfy! I loved that it had a kitchen. When traveling with a child, sinks and full size refrigerators are amazing!!! The harder part was parking but we found a parking garage and overnight we used the free metered parking.

We enjoyed our stay. Huge kudos to Codi and Tynecia at the reception desk for their professionalism and amazing customer service. They were the second folks we met (after the valet young man who appeared new). They are a great face to your brand! They were so eager to look up what a walk to the Dr. Philip’s center would be (nice stroll but they were right…. a little warm). They also provided us suggestions for dinner and looked up Latin options because I was looking for that type of cuisine. Another employee had recommended a restaurant and they shared that feedback with us. They just seemed to care and this is so rare. About our room, a little feedback, it’s not a great first impression to find hair in bathroom when you first enter. Great that you provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from an eco friendly perspective. Just a little more attention to detail to ensure they are full? Conditioner was not. Your brand is about that attention to detail so this was surprising. Lastly, the bed linen did not smell fresh/clean. I pulled covers near my face to sleep and was not nice. Overall though we rested well and the location is great. We’d stay here again.
