The hotel has a great sense of design. The built-in public infrastructure is very good. The restaurant is very good, and the food is okay. The scenery looks very open, and it feels more suitable for couples to travel

This is, quite simply, a magnificent hotel. As someone who has traveled for business and pleasure all over the world, more often than not, most hotels are uninteresting boxes. This hotel had character, had depth. Havens was a wonderful breakfast place, music not too loud, greenery on the walls to soften sound. Dinner at Bacan’s was sublime. Our suite was generous in size, quiet and automated. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! We will be back!

I forgot a hard drive in my room. They refused to check inside the room. After a kind of fight at the phone they let me talk to the GM. He promised to send someone. Im still waiting for his call. Nothing. Terrible.

The amenities of the room are very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Orlando. Although it does seem off the beaten path, it is relatively close to the airport.

Room was wonderful. Spacious, very clean and well kept.
We ate at both restaurants multiple times due to time constraints . Average at best...
Extremely overpriced for portion. Plate presentation non existent.
