The room is very nice with complete amenities. Near the metro station and walking distance to family mart. Very clean and quiet place . Thank you we will definitely go back .

這絕對是一個慘痛的回憶！建議55歲以上，對電腦不熟悉的老人家。切莫租用這旅館，網上辦理入住手續，要通過九個步驟，才能成功登記。
最失落的就是去到酒店，完全是沒有人幫手，要自己上去解鎖，但這個電子鎖的設計是失敗的，細力點介面不成，沒有反應！大力點介面，它自動鎖上，試多次都開不到門，我們在樓下就等了一個多小時。
試了很多次，1小時後，最後一次成功了，還有網上叫我們輸入數字之後按井，那個介面設計上是沒有井的，只有一個√號，我試一試按下四位數之後成功了，結果一個多小時多才入到房間。
至於wi fi信號，我入去要求wi fi信號，他說在房間顯著的地方會顯示，我找遍整個房間都沒有找到，沒有wi fi用。如果攜程的高層看到我這個投訴，請你把我的投訴記錄在案，就不要介紹給其他老人家了。
同一樣的上個酒店在東京，也是無人酒店，我辦理入住一樣順滑，人家的設計是有用的，連護品都即時掃描，吐出匙卡，但是這家賓館的設計，就是非常失敗的，這就是我的意見。

5명 가족(모두 성인)이 딱 잘 수 있는 정도였습니다
침대1 쇼파베드1 있어서 침대에 2명 바닥1명 쇼파2명이서 잤습니다
청소는 엄청 깨끗하진 않았지만 더러운 정도는 아니였습니다
수건은 너무 얇아서 챙겨가는게 좋을거같아요
그리고 수건도 인원 수 맞게만 줘서 여분을 챙기거나 객실 안에 세탁기가 있어서 빨고 널어 써야 했습니다
난바역 쿠로몬시장 긴데츠선이랑 가까워서 좋았습니다
다만 티비 리모컨이 고장나서 못 봤다는 점..

즐겁게 여행을 하고 설렘으로 가득차서 숙소로 체크인 하러 갔는데~이게 웬일~~~비번이 안맞아서 거의 한시간동안 숙소측과 트립닥컴을 통해 어찌어찌 들어갈 수 있었다ㅠㅠ호텔측하고는 연결이 넘 힘들어서 트립에서 다행히 중간역할을 잘 해주셨다~~그리고 제가 3박을 했는데 수건을 달랑 소4장,대4장만 주시고 세탁해서 쓰라는 소린가???다행히 내가 여유분을 가지고 가서 얼마나 다행이었는지~~~ㅠㅠ두번다신 이런 숙소로는 안가고 싶다~ㅠㅠ

公寓式，有廚房洗衣機，價格便宜，距離黑門市場很近，衛生一般，有提供洗漱用品，衣櫃趟門是壞的，廁所板也是壞了，空調的暖氣不是很暖。Wi-Fi需要自己掃路由器的二維碼（並沒有提示）。
