The hotel has a restaurant area where you can drink soft drinks for free from 6 to 9 o'clock, and there are alcoholic drinks to mix your own cocktails. You can also eat take-out food, which is very user-friendly. Although the room is not big, it is very clean, and the password door lock also saves the trouble of bringing a room card. You can only change the towels every day without cleaning the room, which is more environmentally friendly. In addition, the buffet breakfast should also be praised. Although there are not many varieties, it is not repeated every day, and there are salads, hot dishes, rice, miso soup, bread, etc. It is already very good as a business hotel. The service is also very enthusiastic, and the food is replenished quickly😀👍

I am an old user of this hotel. This is my third stay. It is as good as ever. There is a free small DIY bar in the hotel restaurant at night. There are many kinds of cocktails that can be freely mixed. The breakfast is also delicious. It is close to Higobashi Station and convenient for travel. If I come to Osaka in the future, I will book this hotel again.

It's spacious. I think it's a good environment to work in. The sofa and double bed are spacious. I was able to smoke, so it was good☺️However, there was a big step to the bathroom, and there was no support bar. I have a bad back, so I won't be coming back😅

If you want to contact the front desk, you need to get dressed and go down to the first floor. It was really annoying. The front desk is staffed only by women who look like newcomers, and it takes a long time to check in. I would like it to be smoother. Also, I am not dissatisfied with the fact that it is a unit bath, but it is very narrow. I bumped my foot just by washing it normally. Moreover, there are places where it is sticky, mysterious hair has fallen, and it is an impression that there is no sense of cleanliness. There were many inconvenient points such as no place to put a towel inside, no place to plug in an outlet, no trash can. I thought it would be nice to spend money on this kind of place rather than the quality of water (healthy ionized water or something). But the biggest problem is dinner. I was told that it was a plan with dinner, but when I made a reservation, it wasn't a plan that said, "You can eat dinner at the hotel." You can get a coupon that can be used at nearby restaurants for 1,000 yen per person. (Dinner for 1000 yen?) I was a little worried because there was no mention of dinner on the website or in word of mouth, but I don't think dinner is not prepared. Moreover, even though it was New Year's holiday, I had to walk for a considerable amount of time in the cold because the shops I went to were closed because of lack of information sharing with restaurants. (Even if you look at Google Maps, it doesn't say it's closed, so it may be a problem on the restaurant side.) Please be careful if you are considering booking a plan with dinner. I think this is clearly a lack of explanation on the hotel side. As a result, I don't think it's a hotel where you can stay for more than 10,000 yen. If it's cheap, I can't help but think, "I've cut waste to the maximum (although I think it's cut too much)", but the price is high and the cost performance is bad. I wonder why the reviews are so high.
