The hotel comes with great location, near to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dontonburi. But quite a challenging to walk with luggage to the hotel from Shinsaibashi Station. The surroundings are full of eatery and night clubs and family mart. The hotel room is clean with acceptable comfortable bed and lucky we booked 2 single-bedded room thus able have space to put our 2 big luggages. The weak point is the room cleaning service only apply on 4th day / 7th day / 10th day. Thus, our 3 days stay do not have any cleaning service.

Smile premium hotel has no cleaning service if you get complimentary water. The kettle is dirty has white dot dot. Breakfast is fair.

Location wise pretty good as it was a good walking distance from Dotonbori! (glico man) But roads below were very noisy and there were ambulance every night which u can clearly hear, not the cleanest street below as well but no complaints otherwise

Sadly the room that was given to me at first had a leaking toilet and had a clear foul smell. Didn't expect any view from the room nor use much of their facilities hence the location is close enough for a convenience store and shopping area. Stayed out for the whole day, only back in the hotel to sleep really

Very strategic location. The room is okay with sufficient space however, we do not like sleeping next to the wall. Outside of the hotel the environment of Osaka street is quite filthy with graffiti hence no photo was taken. Will try other hotels with a cleaner environment but I doubt I will visit Osaka in near future.

Size is good consider in Japan.
Shower with bath tub, wash basin and toilet in the same room.
There is window in the room but only to open slightly for ventilation use and cannot view outside.
If u choose no room cleaning then you will get complimentary bottled in the room. If not, there is no complimentary bottled water.
TV only shows Japanese channels. Movie channels are paid. 1000yen/ watch till next day 12pm.
Location is ok, about 15- 18mins away from Namba Station and 4mins away from Nagahoribashi Station.

Good location but not the best on Shinsaibashi walking street. Good service but there is no cleaning room unless you stay over 3 nights. Overall with the price, it’s one of the good choice hotels.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel! It was clean, spacious, peaceful, aircon & heating could be easily toggled. We also loved its convenient location - everything was within walking distance. Would definitely be back again & also recommend it to others :)
