Great space, clean room and wonderful distance. To top it off, free use of the lounge with complimentary drinks and dessert provided! My family thoroughly enjoyed this stay.

This hotel located right inside Shinsaibashi. It is 3-4 minutes walk to the nearest station I booked a twin premium room with 2 queen beds and able to accommodate a family of 4. It is spacious with 450 sq ft. and bathroom is wonderful if you care about soaking yourself in a bath tub. We stayed for 4 nights located few blocks down to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi mall. Overall the hotel is good if you want to find a spacious room to stay with families. There is a lounge which only opens at 1:30 pm until 11 pm to serve alcohol, coffee, and tea. Just don't expect too much from the quality. The staff are friendly but feel they can be less strict on rules in check in time. We were there early at noon and went back at 2:30 pm and ask for room and they would tell us to come back at 3 pm.

There are many bars and restaurants near the hotel. It only takes 4-5 minutes to isolate the Shinsaibashi shopping street and only 3 minutes to isolate the Changkubashi Station. The room is bigger than the hotel in Shinsaibashi Namba, but the room lights and corridor lights are really dim, and there is no natural light in the room, so I'm not used to it. The service is pretty good, but you have to remember to put up a sign every day to ask the staff to clean or just change the towels. One day, I forgot to put up the sign and even the free water was gone😅. The building downstairs has free water, juice, wine and cake for guests. , the last time seems to be 10pm. I will introduce it to my friends and consider booking this hotel again

The hotel is walking for 5 minutes in Xin Taoqiao. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is also very close to the subway station. It is a izakaya nearby. It is also very convenient to eat. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel I chose based on the geographical location and room size was a few hundred meters away from Shinsaibashi Subway Station. It was acceptable to walk for ten minutes. The apartment was quite large and the bathroom was huge! ! The bathtub is super big! ! It’s the kind of massage. I really went crazy in Neon and my feet hurt to death every day. Thank you bathtub for saving me! ! (But it’s a little troublesome that there is no place to hang bath towels in the bathroom dry area.

The room is clean. It takes 15 minutes to walk to JR Station, but there are many restaurants near the hotel.

The overall decoration is not in line with the price of a hotel, but more in line with a motel in an alley. At the level of a motel, no free mineral water is provided, and the towels and bath towels are very thin. Moreover, when I checked in, I told him that the room would be cleaned before 12 o'clock, but it was not cleaned. The hotel requires that the hotel be closed after 10 o'clock and no entry or exit is allowed. Very inconvenient. There are many late-night snacks in the surrounding area that cannot be accessed freely. Not allowed to eat in the hotel

The facilities and amenities were pretty good considering the price. It's hard to rate this hotel in terms of location due to the land, but I think it's a great hotel to take when traveling to Osaka, as it's close to Dotonbori and other areas. I plan to use it again when I travel to Osaka.
