The room wasn't small, so I was able to relax even when staying for multiple nights.
It's a bit of a walk from Honmachi Station, but the weather was good so it was fine.
On the way from the station to the hotel there were quite a few restaurants (which serve alcohol and allow smoking), so if you weren't with children you could have chosen one to go in.
