Modern hotel and clean. You can monitor the laundry progress from your room TV and request room service like towels delivery, free of charge drink water etc. from TV app.

Our family 3 adults and 1 seven month baby stay at Leben Hotel Osaka for 5 days, the room is big enough for 4 of us, and they clean the room nicely. Very considerate and they found us a baby cot which was great. Very good location with everything right next to the hotels. Enjoyable stay

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the New Year in Japan! I initially booked the Leben Twin Room, which was spacious and perfect for my family. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we were all very satisfied with the facilities. The convenience of ordering extra water and kids’ pajamas online, with them delivered right to our room, was a nice touch. The mini bar was well-stocked and thoughtful, offering everything we needed. I really enjoyed having a coffee every morning before heading out, and a glass of wine in the evening – a lovely way to unwind. One minor issue was that my mom requested an extra quilt, but unfortunately, they were fully occupied and couldn’t provide one. Despite this, everything else was perfect! I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Osaka.”

Fantastic hotel! Clean & nice. Location is pretty good also. Love the imabari towels provided in room No resturant within the hotel but coffee machine is available in the lobby. Only minor issue i had was that there is only a total of 3 washing machine. Each located at different floors. Good thing is that the room tv has got status updated of the machine's status. I will recommend this hotel for everyone.

Location is a bit off especially the first two days we stayed there were rainy days. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathroom quite nice.

Amazing Hotel, greater recommend this location if you are staying in Osaka! Walking distance to Dotonbori and whole shopping street!

My stay at Hotel The Leben Osaka in March 2024 was fantastic. Despite the rainy weather during check-out, the front desk staff kindly provided us with umbrellas, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While I didn’t subscribe to breakfast the hotel's central location allowed us to easily find delicious dining options nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. The Leben Osaka's exceptional customer service and thoughtful amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and can't wait to come back."

The most enjoyable and unforgettable trip for me! Let's talk about the hotel facility, it is clean, comfortable, and stylish. I went there with my family (young kid), so spacious is utmost important to us. The room equipped with two washbasin, a large bathtub, that's very convenient for family travelers. On top of that, it has a 3-seats sofa and a medium-sized table for sharing fruit and snacks, reading and watching TV. In the hotel lobby, it provides you with all what you will need to stay, even cleansing oil/ face mask! That's really thoughtful and attentive to details. What's more, I have left my backpack with an i-pad and cell phone on the metro. The front desk staff called Fujii-san, who can speak fluent English, helped me to call the metro hotline and look for it! At last, I was able to get it back. How lucky! But I am sure if it's not Fujii-san, I won't be able to communicate with the local metro staff and get it back so easily. Thank you so much.
