I chose this hotel because I needed to cross the Irkeshtam Pass and stay in Osh.
This is probably the nicest hotel in the town.
The grounds are well organized, even the garden and the parking lot, and I thought it was a very nice hotel from the moment I arrived.
The room was clean, and at one restaurant you can have an omelette for breakfast. I think you choose between cheese or sausage. The breakfast is very luxurious, and they give you so much you can't finish it.
It is located in the west of Osh, and is not in the center, but taxis are cheap and you can get to the center in about 5 to 7 minutes, so I think it is a very convenient location.
If you are hesitant to stay at this hotel because it is a little out of the way on the map, there is no problem, so please stay with peace of mind.

The worst hotel!!! We checked in with a business partner. We booked, they gave us a room, we paid $200 per day, but when we wanted to go in, they told us that there was no water, because there were repairs in the city water utility... We went to have dinner, upon arrival we were told that the room we were given was booked and they gave us another one. When we went in, it was stuffy, we turned on the air conditioner, but it only blew warm air, when we asked, they answered that they had already turned off the cold air supply. They offered to open one, but one looks at some incomprehensible hall, from where no cool air blows at all. The towels are so old that the color is no longer white, but gray. There is no hot water, they answered that there was no electricity during the day. It was terrible and stupid...

Dirty pool with oil film, garbage, and dead wasps... I told the administrator about it several times - an employee came, swept it with a dustpan for 2 minutes and went to lunch... the air conditioner barely works, I waited 50 minutes for a watermelon for lunch... On the plus side - beautiful design and a good, responsive employee Sofia at the reception.

We stayed for a couple of days in this amazing hotel, it is located in a picturesque place at the foot of the mountain, with a huge parking lot, amazing interior in oriental style, which we really liked, comfortable rooms, with snow-white bed linen, so the description corresponds to reality. Also very friendly staff, exquisite cuisine, excellent service, we will definitely stay only with you!!!
