"The owner was very kind to me, even though I didn't speak the language. However, it was a huge mistake to introduce the Pamir tour in Sartash instead of Osh. As a result, this Pamir trip unfolded without even knowing what the next day would be. Sartash isn't the starting point of the Pamir tour, but a small village."

We booked, they gave us a room, we paid $200 per day, but when we wanted to go in, they told us that there was no water, because there were repairs in the city water utility... We went to have dinner, upon arrival we were told that the room we were given was booked and they gave us another one. When we went in, it was stuffy, we turned on the air conditioner, but it only blew warm air, when we asked, they answered that they had already turned off the cold air supply. They offered to open one, but one looks at some incomprehensible hall, from where no cool air blows at all. The towels are so old that the color is no longer white, but gray. There is no hot water, they answered that there was no electricity during the day. It was terrible and stupid..."
