Friendly clean and good views

Nice hotel, good location, good service and friendly staff

I was so focused on work that I didn't take any pictures of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, there was no city tax, the room was big enough, and the facilities were pretty good. However, it is more convenient to stay near the train station in this small town.

Such a great hotel: central location, stylish and very clean rooms, great mattresses. I slept very well. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. As someone who is allergic to wheat, I had no problem getting alternative bread rolls. Particularly noteworthy: all the staff were super friendly, very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Perfect service

We had booked a 35 m2 apartment in this hotel for a weekend through Trivago. When we checked in, however, we were given a room that was significantly smaller. Even after asking at reception and checking with the manager, they were unable to provide us with the room we had booked. As compensation, we were given free breakfast.

I found that the furniture in the room is very poor. The location is great for me.

I had a good stay at Vienna House. The hotel convinced me because the price-performance ratio is good and the common areas are great. Unfortunately, the rooms are not so well equipped: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the mattresses are worn out, the windows are not cleaned and the TV program is very limited. Nevertheless, I liked it here because the rooms are spacious: Closet, armchair and table. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

It is a very nice hotel with kind personal. To come by car is easy with a parkinggarage beneath the hotel. The center of Osnabruck is only a few streets away.

Excellent place, worth of money. Very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet choices were superb. Very recommended.

Nice and clean with easy access. Spacious room in very good condition. Public parking close by with AC-charger. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t make the mistake a go to the other Vienna House in the city.
