La Green Hotel and Residence Reviews

Came here to stay for the EDC Thailand Festival and the experience I had at the hotel was excellent. Although checking in at the front desk takes a little long, they served us complimentary drinks and cold towels. They also offered to store my luggages since I came there before check-in time. Everyone who assisted me throughout my stay gave outstanding service. The only hiccup was when they cleaned out my table at the breakfast bar while I was picking up some water. My plate and cup were still filled and my personal item was there. They offered a late checkout to make up for it. Room service was also quick and they were very accommodating. The view I had from my room was amazing. It’s from Building A. I had a balcony. The smart tv was nice and the room was big and luxurious. And had a big vanity. Perfect for getting ready for EDC. The glass windows for the bathroom was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Phuket.

We enjoy our stays. Very good and wide selection of food

Overall hotel was only slightly above average, pillows had slight odour. Italian food from the hotel restaurant was not good. Wife ordered risotto which was undercooked and had to be sent back. Was given a room on 6th floor facing the road outside the hotel. Noise from traffic outside woke us up at 7-8am every morning. Kids playroom was great though, had lots of fun play stuff in nice big room.

Good hotel, very good amenity only problem is the noise from construction site

An absolutely amazing hotel, 100% recommend except for the location. It all depends on how you want to spend your vacation; but if you want to do activities or go out at night, it is very inconvenient and far from everything. However, everything else about the resort is just absolutely incredible and stunning, especially at such a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back here!

I recommend the hotel. Great breakfasts, the number is comfortable, everything is new. A well -groomed territory, very polite staff. I especially want to note the wonderful guy Bom who brought us to the beach, and created us a good mood. Very polite, initiative and responsible. made a very positive impression.

The reason we booked this hotel was because on their website it states that they are close to the airport. That is an untrue statement that they are making on their website. It took over a half hour to get To the airport & they made it sound like they were 10-15 minutes away, which is not a true statement. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, food average, the staff was very pleasant,and helpful. They did do an extra charge if you get a taxi from them, versus getting your own taxi, and that would be cheaper so be careful about that. The language barrier is a little difficult. They try very hard but it still is a bit of an issue.

Even though the Hotel is new, it’s quite falling apart. It seems the construction materials are extremely cheap; the shower was not draining even though we called the maintenance, the power outlets were already worn and could not properly fit the plugs, the toilet taps were already peeling off. Furthermore, there was a jacuzzi in the room, but we were unable to use it because it was not probably cleaned for ages, and was terribly smelly.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Green. Not everything was open yet but the pool and gym were and they were great. Everyone was friendly. The location is a bit far from anything but this really isn't an issue as they have a free shuttle to the beach and Boat Avenue. Some of the resort/residences are still being constructed, I didn't find this to be an issue and I spent most of my time by the pool.

The room was new and pretty big size for suite room type it a good price. Not recommend the suite room type we got out in the room near the road so u can hear the noise of car and motor bike all night. I got to asked them to change a room.

Everything is perfect. It a bit expensive though

Cleanliness : the hotel is extremely well maintained and has no odd smells or appearance. Location : it is quite far away from most attractions and even the nearest 7/11 corner store requires a cab to get by instead of walking, something I was unhappy with. Service : fantastic staff and everyone is helpful, friendly and welcoming, really nice people. Amenities : gorgeous pool, hotel near to a beach, amazing gym and lovely breakfast in the mornings. Overall, a really good experience and would consider coming again except for the location factor.
