truly a home away from home, a lovely family owned and run hotel where nothing is too much to ask, and every effort is made to make one comfortable and feel at home. From the beautiful gardens to our lovely rooms and delicious home cooked meals, I can wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of heaven and home in Grabow.

Wonderful owners - lovely people. The hospitality is fantastic and property has beautiful gardens. The magnificent pool and spacious rooms were appreciated. Breakfast is not traditional and if you dont enjoy spicy food you might struggle. Did not enjoy red viennas at breakfast or that i could not order a poached egg. I was disappointed by cold water in the shower, although the geyser is gas powered and not affected by loadshedding. My family stayed at this 5 star boutique hotel for a wedding and although self catering, the room fridges were not in good working order.

Everything from arrival to departure was a solid 10 out of 10. We were greeted/welcomed by the owner personally. We were also given a tour of almst the entire place. If there is anything that I took from my stay is that the staff are passionate about people. The overall experience was just amazing

A quaint boutique hotel that sits nestled in the arms of mother nature. In Elgin Grabouw western cape. The service is impeccable, a great getaway. For couples, family, or even a destination wedding or just to spend some quiet time. A true gem and for those looking exclusively for halaal accommodation with meals. This is definitely a destination that is going to hit the right notes every time. A truly memorable 💖 stay.

Everything about the property was excellent. My guests had a great stay, the rooms were stunning, the service was stunning, the grounds beautiful. The new owners who have taken over are really friendly and went out of the way to accommodate any of my clients requests. I would highly recommend this property

Perfect stopover for a trip to apple country. Room was spotless and very well equipped if you looking for self catering. The kolkol hot tub was very relaxing after a long day and the surrounding gardens provide a stunning setting. Mo was the perfect host and very thoughtful. We'll be back for a curry :) The essentials are catered for during loadshedding.

We stayed at The Residence to attend a wedding nearby. The hosts couldn't do enough for us to ensure how stay was comfortable and happy. They were so warm, friendly and welcoming. Load shedding was inconvenient but no fault of the hotel. The owner even went out of her way to cook us a proper home cooked meal and it was one of the best butter chickens we have ever had.

A charming family run boutique hotel with lush gardens was a perfect setting for my family and I to have a peaceful and fun holiday. The hospitality and warmth recieved from the family host was exceptional "home away from home" I will definitely advise on this hidden gem for a peaceful fun filled experience.
