Lovely resort. Clean and friendly staff. Lovely food. Staff that work in the restaurant very friendly and always welcome you friendly. Resort were at all times very clean. Rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. Clean linen. Staff helped you with your luggage when you arrive and left. Highly recommend.

Loooooved the landscape, beautiful and neat rooms, swimming pool was very enjoyable. The hotel personnel made my birthday very special with cake!! Very friendly staff!! Overall enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this hotel for anyone!!!

Had an exceptional vacation at this wonderful hotel resort. Perfectly positioned on the beach very clean and well maintained with a distinctive modern look blended with the charm of Zanzibar. The staff are absolutely excellent. The friendliness and courtesy and kindness shown to us was at a an exceptional level. I would like to highlight the following individuals who really went out of their way to make us stay wonderful. Firstly a very warm and courteous welcome by Ibrahim. You have a wonderful manner and was so helpful in every way. Lillian and Geoffrey we’re absolutely brilliant. The level of service and detail are beyond world standard. Also thank you to Petra and Happy who made us feel really welcome as well. Then there were the drinks maestros Jacklyn and Salmah who came up with the most exceptional cocktails. Thank you guys you’re super special and I hope you’re highly rewarded for your brilliant effort and tremendous kindness. You are examples of what hospitality should be. Although I am a picky eater the food was of a very good standard and there were always tasty surprises on the menu every night. I can highly recommend the hotel for a wonderful vacation.

Super-friendly staff, large rooms, amazing view and nature, delicious food and drinks. Great animation team and interesting animation program, including sport and educational activities. February is really hot month, but it was rather comfortable near the ocean and in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at Monica so much! I spent most of my days enjoying the resort, pool, beach, restaurant, massages - everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, especially the general manager Luca who made my stay! He was always there, happy to help, suggest, find a solution or simply enhance the overall experience.
