Atmosphere of the place is gorgeous! Rooms & bathrooms are spotlessly clean. You will definitely need a car for this location as it is quite remote however grab and 7/11 do deliver. Breakfast is very sparse, only boiled eggs, fried rice, toast, jam, juice, water and fruit. But overall had a great experience with the place. We were mainly out touring the city at different restaurants and cafes. Staff speak very little English but are also friendly and helpful.

We have holiday with family at Khao Yai, it is such a nice weather. We love this hotel the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful…I do recommend

The room, view + food was amazing & great - no doubt.
However, their service and cleanliness (especially about the sofa beds) seems to be seriously lacking. And it seems like dogs tend to stay here too. Which is highly concerning that they don't clean up the rooms properly. I've been having bed bugs/ticks on my clothes/body throughout 5 days now as I'm travelling from place to place. As if an invisible bug keeps biting me non stop. A rookie mistake was to sit on the sofa bed and then the real bed (which was incredibly soft and the 4 pillows were amazingly soft and smooth too) but all this went down the drain cause I cannot remove the bug anymore. It's constantly with me since it's infected all of my clothes too. I'll always end up with a scar/bite on my body. It sux. I told the staff about this and she simply gave me an awkward smile. This was disappointing. I believe they have to train their staff better together with maintaining the pest control for a better stay in future... also the place is super crazy dark at night.... no lights whatsoever into the hotel... pretty scary and that's the only thing about the location. You do need a car. Else, it's almost impossible.
They have a hairdryer here for you and everything is laid out once you're there. There is a boiler for you too. The amenities are much appreciated.

I've stayed here three times now. The price is reasonable. It might be a bit old, but it's still acceptable. But what I like most is the bed and pillows. I like them so much that I want to ask about the brand so I can buy them.

Looking for cheap accommodation in Khao Yai for a few thousand baht, I found this place and decided to book it. It's quite deep into the alley. At night, there are some street lights and some don't. But the place is nice and quiet. The room is quite good, clean, strong water, cool air conditioner, and most importantly, the bed I had to worry about the most. Normally, the bed in a room for over a thousand baht is usually hard, but here, it's wow. The bed is very soft like a 5-star hotel. The blanket is good. The bed sheet is made of good fabric. I like it very much. The breakfast is simple: rice soup, fried rice, sausage, bread. Overall, it's good. I will come back to stay again.
