"Amazing hotel, great staff and would highly recommend a stay to anyone. Location is great. Easy distance to the national park. Food and selection is very good. Great options if anybody has any food allergies. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble to prepare food to meet dietary requirements."

"The accommodation is beautiful, surrounded by scenic views and nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, with stunning views of the large mountain range all around. This kind of atmosphere is hard to find in Khao Yai. The room is comfortable and features a large stone bathtub, perfect for two people – very romantic and ideal for couples. The rooms in the Kirimaya zone are limited, so it doesn't feel crowded. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in the Atta zone, with buggy service available for transport. All staff members provide excellent service and a warm welcome. Overall, I'm very impressed."

"We’d stayed for 2 nights with hoping to face the piece of nature and also having Thai style decorations. Here is the place that has everything we hope for, the room decorated in Thai pavilion style, their garden is superb. Full of big tree, Thai tree with well landscape, so you can enjoy walking or small running. Transportation is very convenient, no worries if you hungry at night. What i like the most is they have their own coffee shop called Ro So 112 where you can enjoy a hundred years of Thai building that reserved as a museum inside the cafe area. Overall we have very well experienced here and will come back again when I need to travel Khao yai national park."

"Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025) I booked a Deluxe room but was given a Standard room upon arrival. The hotel had issues checking in another guest and upgraded her to the Deluxe room I had booked, essentially downgrading me to a Standard room. Here are the details of what happened: I arrived at the accommodation around 7:30 PM on Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025). At the reception, there was another female guest checking in before me. While I was waiting in line to check in: - I overheard that the female guest had booked a room (if I understood correctly, it was likely a Standard room, but she couldn't check in). It seemed she had successfully booked through Agoda, but the hotel informed her that the room type she booked was full. - A three-party discussion ensued to resolve the issue (between 1. the hotel, 2. Agoda, and 3. the female guest). The hotel stated there was one Deluxe room left, and if the female guest wanted to stay in it, she would need to pay an additional 400 baht. - However, after the three-party discussion, it was decided that the hotel would allow the female guest to stay in the Deluxe room without paying the extra fee (I'm unsure if this was Agoda's responsibility or the hotel's compensation). - After the female guest received her room key, I proceeded to check in. After getting my key and entering the room, I discovered that it was not the room type I had booked. I immediately informed the hotel reception. The staff then tried to retrieve the Deluxe room from the female guest, but she was already showering. - The front desk staff called to consult with management and I overheard them instructing the staff to refund me. At this point, it was nearly 8:00 PM, leaving me with no options. I felt completely cornered. I don't understand why the hotel would give the room I booked to another guest as an upgrade. - If I'm not mistaken, I suspect there might have been a mistake in the hotel's data entry. Perhaps the hotel incorrectly marked my Deluxe room booking as a Standard room, which then conflicted with the female guest's booking, leading to her being upgraded to the room I had reserved because her own booked room was full."

"The hotel is situated within the Movenpick complex. The grounds are incredibly vast, featuring multiple zones and amenities, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the scenery. Our room was spacious and fully equipped. There's also a swimming pool for guests to use. While the room itself was well soundproofed and quiet, loud music was unfortunately broadcast over the PA system quite early in the morning. We experienced two power outages during our stay, which was understandable as it was the rainy season. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, and the dining area boasted beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. For those who enjoy morning exercise, the resort grounds are ideal for jogging."

"Have a nice stay in Khao Yai. Silent place. Possible to order food directly. Lake is good. Our small dog enjoyed the place as well. Yep it’s simple place but okay to get rest if you are going to visit places in Khao Yai. Ps forgot my fan there but it kept for me 2 weeks. Took it back later. Special thanks for that"

"We had a mountain view room and it was nice and relaxing looking out the balcony in the morning. There were some campfire chairs near the pool which also felt very relaxing. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the room was clearly getting old. Furniture had clear signs of age and peeling off. The cleanliness could also be better. The hinge to a cabinet was loose, there were spider webs at the corner, the bath towels were frayed and looked grayish. But the worst was that the shower hose broke with a light tug, which suggest how old it is. The technician came to replace it shortly but it was such a shocking and unpleasant situation overall."

"Peaceful location, love the quietness in the morning when you wake up, and you can hear the birds chirping. At night we can see the clear sky with stars. However the shower area in the room was leaking, and the water took awhile to drain away at the shower area so will need to stop the water for awhile or it will build up a mini flood in the shower area. The drive in at night is quite dark down a dirt road without much lights. However there are signage along the way to guide you and when we reach the glamping area we were welcomed by arches of lights. The area can be quite cold at night we went in Dec so we had mookata for dinner and it was good. Saw some people having grilled meat too. The check in area is actually at the restaurant. The service is good but the staff do not really speak English but we got by with Google translate. There is an outdoor playground for kids and also and indoor play area but the indoor play area mat was stained so we just wore shoes in and there wasn't anyone tending that area. The whole area is big with Man made waterfall and a bridge further away but we did not walk up to the area, nice places for photo taking."

"The hotel is comfortable and in a great location. The staff were attentive from the parking area and check-in all the way to seeing us off at the front door. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. However, the stones around the swimming pool area in front of the hotel should be cleaned, as they were dark and had quite a bit of algae, which affected the overall look of the property. Breakfast was decent but nothing special—the selection wasn’t very extensive. The staff’s service and attention to detail, though, were excellent."

"The room is very spacious, the air conditioning is cool, and it has all the amenities. There's a swimming pool and the staff are very helpful. The location is not far from a convenience store. There are restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is good and the breeze is cool all day. I'm very impressed."
