Toilet shower floor is moldy, does not maintain well especially with 5-star hotel room price. There is no space to put personal lotions in the toilet. There is shuttle bus, but requires to wait during peak hour. Many tourist taking photos around the hotel. Little choices for breakfast. When we check out, we were informed to charged 45 baht for a cookie which we did not see or eat.

Everything is find but for service about travel along toscana area like from castello to lacasetta or main plaza it take too long queue due to limit buggy or van you have to wait over 20 minute if better to provide kore service on this and also staff no service mind and no sense of being help when you notice some they said understand but no action just sit and watch no any action so disaapoint at first time here Anyhow other thing is very fantastic hotel design location facility is perfect hope hotel will improve some on it.

..kevinthis little resort is unbelievable. we got the duplex unit. bottomless fresh air and relaxed setting. room is super spacious and clean. the owner is super friendly. my daughter missed playing with the dogs nikki, bread and short. breakfast was prepared fresh and yummy. we did also ordered the mookata at night. you are on top of a hill, good views, chilly fresh air and with good company. (the super friendly owner and the pet dogs). really can't ask for more.
